Mark Fischbach, better known as YouTube sensation “Markiplier,” wears multiple hats for “Iron Lung.” He directs, writes, produces, and even self-finances this ambitious project. The film is an adaptation of David Szymanski’s 2022 video game of the same name. Szymanski, in a delightful twist, assists with the script and pre-production and will cameo in the film.
